  • Did you know your NDIS plan can help you access therapy? You can use your Improved Daily Living funds to receive psychology services that support your personal growth and well-being. Our NDIS therapy services offer tailored support to help you achieve your goals, overcome challenges, and foster independence. Available for both self-managed and plan-managed participants.   • If you’re not eligible for available funding or have used your allocated funds, you can still access our services by paying privately. No referral is required—simply reach out to start your journey toward support today!

  • If you're eligible for support through NSW Victims Services, you can access therapy at no cost to you. This funding option is available to those who have experienced crime-related trauma.   • Healthy Minds offers free counseling services for individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns who may be unable to afford private mental health services. If you're part of a priority group and facing financial distress, you may be eligible for this support. Priority groups include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, those from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds, children under 12, perinatal women, individuals at risk of homelessness, and those at moderate risk of suicide or self-harm.   • Your first session will be focused on getting to know you and understanding your concerns. Together, we'll discuss your goals for therapy and create a plan tailored to your needs.

  • We understand that traditional in-office therapy isn’t always ideal for everyone. We offer out-of-clinic options, such as telehealth sessions and walk-and-talk therapy. We can discuss tailored solutions that fit your unique circumstances. Home visits are also possible in some cases.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • Yes, we support NDIS participants. We are not a regisitered NDIS provider, and thus can only accept referrals from plan-managed and self-managed participants. Click here to download our intake form.
